Ready, Steady, Go! My book launch last week in London was the start of, hopefully, a long journey. More speeches, more articles, more comments will follow. The information site about the book received over 500 visits during the first week. I notived that the book is now sold and commented here and there in Norway. For example here, here and here. A country in no less need of radical market-oriented reform than any other in Western Europe...
