Correction: Latvia Grows Even Faster. Blogger Stefan Karlsson points out that my information yesterday about Estonia having the highest growth rate in Europe with 9,9 per cent is wrong. I and The Economist were both wrong and Karlsson is right; Latvia has an even higher growth rate - at 11,6 per cent. Read more here (Eurostat). But as Karlsson argues, this just proves the point again: Latvia is also a country that did radical reform. They have a flat tax at 25 per cent, for example. These are tiger economies indeed.
