67 of the 100 Best MBA:s in the US. Today, the annual Financial Times ranking of the top business educations in the world is published. At the core of the FT rankings is a survey of the salaries MBA graduates earn three years after graduation. Of the 100 top MBA:s, 67 are to be found in the US. 25 are located in Europe, of which 12,5 (one is in several countries) are in Britain. None is to be found in Sweden. Is this the way for continental Europe in general and Sweden in particular to enter the knowledge society? Is this how we will make it in the global competition? Is this how we will get the growth and prosperity of the future? Hardly. Change is needed - towards free establishment and free financing of higher education as in the US, and to some extent in Britain.
