EEI BRIEF: Immigrant Entrepreneurs For Europe. Today, the European Enterprise Institute - where I am Research Director - launches its new publications series, EEI BRIEF. It provides quick facts and arguments on hot topics. Number 1 2009 shows how important immigrant entrepreneurs can be for any country, provided immigrants get a chance of actually being entrepreneurial. Countries with limited regulation and low taxes tend to have many successful immigrant entrepreneurs.

Update: By the way, Europe got a great illustration of successful immigrants this Saturday when Alexander Rybak, former refugee from Belarus, won the Eurovision Song Contest for Norway, by a huge margin.
