Disaster? When you look at the newspaper headlines, you get the impression that the global economy is falling off a cliff. Indeed, it is the sharpest slowdown in some 16 years, but what does that mean? Well, that GDP in Europe will increase by 0,2 per cent next year - probably. That is, on the margin slightly higher than the highest level ever. In a recession, there will be people who will have real problems, and they must get new opportunities. But if we think the crisis is greater than it actually is, we risk making it worse.
