A Hard Days Flight. After leaving Tblisi in the middle of the night, the connecting flight from Riga was cancelled. After a brief visit to Helsinki, I arrived in Stockholm five hours delayed.

Tblisi left many impressions, not least of the historical kind. We stayed in a hotel situated only metres from where there had been a prison and Stalin was imprisoned in younger days. Had he just remained there...

There are still Christian churches and Mosques in several places almost wall to wall. Indeed no sign of a clash of civilisations.
