An Interesting Day. Three seminar lectures, one radio interview, one lecture at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and one roundtable on economic reform at the Economics Ministry. This first day in Georgia did indeed offer a lot of activity and impressions. Tblisi is really beautiful, as are the surrounding mountains - and the food is excellent. Had it not been for the Soviet Union, this would have been one of the leading tourist destinations for a long time.
