Main Release. On Wednesday the 21st, my new book "The Guide to Reform" will be formally presented in London. Since it is published in association with the Institute of Economic Affairs, that is where the arrangement takes place. Located in Westminster, a few hundred metres from Houses of Parliament, it is classic ground. The IEA is the oldest think-tank in Europe, this is where the ideas of Thatcherism were developed and it and has been the workplace of people like Friedrich Hayek and Lord Harris.
