Two Years On the Web. Tomorrow, this web log celebrates its first two years. Back then, it was one of the first blogs and now the "blogosphere" has exploded - still, the number of visitors here is higher now than ever. This web log has been more useful to me during this time than I had expected. Several hundred thousand unique visitors is one measure. Numerous quotes in many countries is another. To me, the single most important use has probably been gathering all information - articles, speeches, books, studies - in one place. After that, the ability to respond and react quickly to events has also been of great use. I often get comments from people, not least rather influential persons, about how useful the day-to-day comments are. Two years are for sure just the beginning!
