Celebrate May 1st! A while ago, we had May 1st. I have always disliked the way it is celebrated by socialists and communists all over the world. Simplistic slogans, red flags and collectivist demands. (The reason for the celebration, labour, may well be worth a day of its own, though.) But we do have a tremendous success to celebrate this date nowadays. This year, it was five years ago that the EU was enlarged to the east.
