Cato Policy Forum. My speech at the Cato Institute in Washington, DC, and the following debate, turned out well. Several interesting arguments were exchanged, in my view. And I think it was a relevant discussion, since the issue of what to learn from the Nordic countries and what to avoid are quite frequent parts of the American debate.
